How does it work?
We provide a free initial consultation to work through your ideas and talk about the budget. We also let you know what our fees will be if you want to go ahead.
If you decide to go ahead, we do a full, measured survey, which we then draw up on the computer. From this we come up with a range of cost-effective design possibilities for you to look at. Our overriding aim is to listen to you, and match the designs to your needs.
We go through as many variations of the plan as you need to come to the design that you are really happy with. When your chosen design is finally how you want it, we handle all the work needed for the planning application, and, if you require, to manage the project through to completion.
