"From the very first time I met Gill and Mark they put me totally at ease and no question seemed too stupid for them! They were very understanding about what I was trying to accomplish in my family home and really helped by suggesting ideas to maximize the space we were adding to the property. They are very family orientated themselves so I really felt they could 'see' what I was trying to accomplish and came up with a design which perfectly matched that. I had never done any kind of extension project before but they were both really helpful and kept me informed about the process and what was needed when. Their local knowledge about builders and who to use was also very useful.
They were very patient with me when I wanted any design changes (even during the build!) and I was absolutely thrilled with the end result - as I still am! The additional space is fantastic but the space itself has added so much benefit to our family in terms of how much more time we spend in it together (cooking, eating and playing!) and that was something that I could only hope for at the outset but has definitely been a huge tangible benefit to our family life. The extension itself is like a tardis - everyone always comments on how big it is when they come in even though it doesn't look that big from the outside.
