BROOM COTTAGE
This spacious 4 bedroomed cottage didn’t match the client’s needs for a family kitchen, dining and living space.
Our proposal was for a single storey extension across the back of the house, with a large decked area in a sunny position, easily accessible from the kitchen dining space.
This created a large open space from the kitchen to the living space via a dining area. It's ideal for both large get-togethers or to simply hang out and enjoy cooking together.
The client is delighted with the light and airy space.
